A short note on what the leadership team has been arguing about is enough. We come back within one business day with a thirty-minute first call and a clear view of whether we are the right team.
Most engagements start with a thirty-minute call. Send a short brief and we will come back within one business day with a suggested time. The first call is with the senior consultant who would run the engagement, not an account manager.
Thirty minutes. The senior consultant who would run the engagement is on the call — not a partner doing a pitch and a junior doing the work. You describe what the leadership team has been arguing about, what has been on the to-do list too long, and what you have stopped being able to see. We listen, ask the half-dozen questions that usually surface the actual problem, and tell you honestly whether SeeWork is the right team for it.
By the end of the call you will know roughly what an engagement would cover, what the fee range would look like, and whether the next step is a scoping diagnostic, a different shape of engagement, or no engagement at all. We turn down work all the time — usually because it is too early, sometimes because someone else is a better fit. We tell you which it is.
There is no follow-on call to schedule a follow-on call.
